Warehouse tenants in JAFZA, DAFZA, DSO, Dubai South, KIZAD, Hamriyah and RAKEZ typically need mezzanine and racking structural design, a fire NOC covering sprinkler density per stored commodity class, an electrical load study coordinated with DEWA / FEWA / SEWA, HVAC sizing for ambient or cold-storage, and a free-zone tenant fit-out permit. Light-industrial tenants additionally need a hazardous-materials declaration and an environmental NOC. We deliver the full package and front-load all NOCs in parallel so the slowest authority becomes the only critical path.
Retail and showroom units inside Emaar (Dubai Mall, City Walk, Dubai Hills Mall), Nakheel (Ibn Battuta, The Pointe, Nakheel Mall), DAMAC (DAMAC Mall) and Majid Al Futtaim malls require a tenant-coordination submission to the mall management before any authority lodging. We prepare the full retail design intent drawings (RDI), shopfront elevation, MEP load matrix, fire strategy, and signage NOC, then move into Civil Defence and DM/DDA submission. Office tenants in DIFC, Business Bay, JLT, DDA towers, ADGM and Sharjah corporate towers need a landlord NOC, building-management approval, and the relevant authority fit-out permit. Civil Defence is the single most common cause of fit-out delay in the UAE. Our fire-safety team prepares fire-alarm and sprinkler layouts, fire-rated wall and door schedules, evacuation strategy diagrams, kitchen-hood and gas-suppression details, and the full DCD / ADCD / SCD NOC submission. We attend the inspection and obtain the final certificate before handover.
