We manage submissions and approvals with DM (Dubai Municipality), ADDED/DED Abu Dhabi, Sharjah Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA/SEWA/ADDC, and all relevant UAE authorities. Timelines vary by project scope and complexity. A typical concept design can be completed in 4–8 weeks, detailed design in 3–6 months, and full FEED studies in 6–12 months. We provide a detailed programme and milestone schedule as part of our proposal. Fast-track services are available for urgent requirements.

Yes. We provide Resident Engineer (RE), Engineer's Representative (ER), and full site supervision teams for construction projects. Our supervision services ensure that construction work conforms to the approved designs, specifications, and applicable UAE standards throughout all phases of the project.
